Cure evidence: One second-floor porch for an ambulatory patient and one enclosed veranda; NYC1915.
This house was owned and occupied by John Corbett, one of the owners of the Riverside Inn, and his family, including his wife and five children. It was also occupied at some point by Joseph McCarthy, who at a later time is documented as a patient.
